This Privacy Policy explains how Advanced Nonlinear Technologies Ltd (“Fernfly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accesses, collects, stores, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website at fernfly.com, any related products and services that link to this policy, or otherwise engage with us — for example through marketing or events. We refer to all of this collectively as the “Services”.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
We collect the personal information you give us voluntarily — when you create an account, ask us about our products, take part in activities on the Services, or contact us. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include your name, email address, postal or billing address, phone number, username, password, contact preferences, and authentication details.
Sensitive information. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information (such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation).
Payment data. If you make a purchase, the payment details needed to complete the transaction (such as your card number and security code) are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. You can review Stripe’s privacy practices at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Any personal information you provide must be accurate and complete, and you should let us know if it changes.
Information collected automatically
When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information that does not directly identify you — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location, and details about how and when you use the Services. We use this mainly to keep the Services secure and running, and for internal analytics. This includes log and usage data (diagnostic and performance information recorded by our servers, including pages viewed, searches, features used, and error reports).

Global Privacy Control. We recognise and honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising under applicable laws. 6. AI-powered features
Some parts of the Services are powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning — for example, model training and deployment tools. Any personal information processed through these features is handled in line with this policy and our agreements with the third parties involved, with the same security safeguards that apply to the rest of the Services.
7. Social logins
If you choose to register or sign in using a third-party social media account, we may receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address. We use that information only as described in this policy. We do not control how the social media provider uses your information, so we recommend reviewing their privacy policy.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting rules). We will not retain your information for more than three (3) months after your account is terminated. When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymise it, or, where that is not possible, securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
9. How we keep your information safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to and from the Services at your own risk and should only access them in a secure environment.
10. Information from minors
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. 11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Canada, and certain US states — you may have rights over your personal information. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your information, you may complain to your local data protection authority. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails, though we may still send you service-related messages.
12. Do-Not-Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do-Not-Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no finalised industry standard for recognising DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this policy. As noted above, we do honour Global Privacy Control signals.
13. Rights for US residents
If you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to know whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to obtain a copy, to delete it, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
We do not sell your personal information and have not done so in the past twelve (12) months, nor do we plan to. We honour opt-out preferences sent via Global Privacy Control. To exercise your rights, contact us through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we decline a request, you may appeal through the same form; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date, and if we make material changes we may notify you directly or post a prominent notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
