If something is not working, or you are weighing up whether Fernfly fits what you are building, get in touch. Support covers the whole product: training a project, the inference endpoint, API keys, accounts and billing.

Use our contact form. It reaches the same team that builds Fernfly, and it is the channel referenced throughout our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We answer during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. If your message concerns a production outage, say so in the first line and we will treat it accordingly.
What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can reproduce what you are seeing:
- Your project ID — the identifier in your endpoint URL,
/api/p/<project-id>/infer. - The utterance you sent and the tool call you expected back.
- What actually came back, including any error message, verbatim.
- Roughly when it happened, with a timezone.
Please do not send us your API key. We never need it to investigate, and you should rotate any key that has been shared in a message or a screenshot.
Before you write in
A few things answer themselves faster than we can. The playground lets you try an utterance against a model without wiring anything up, which usually settles whether a problem is in the model or in the integration. Accuracy scores for every version of your model are on the project’s page in your dashboard. Our blog covers how training and retraining actually behave.
Security and privacy
To report a security issue, use the contact form and put “security” in the subject; please do not open a public issue. For questions about your data, what we hold and how to have it removed, start with our Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights and how to exercise them.
